I graduated from Birmingham University in Electronic Engineering and later gained an MSc in Machine Learning from Aston University. For many years I worked on Research and Development for cutting-edge technology projects before embarking on my own start-up. Typara was born when we realised that audio transcription was a huge problem for many. With current tools it’s a time-consuming and tedious process, and as we discovered most people hate transcribing because of this. We decided to create a solution that would make audio transcription significantly easier and faster.
