As SETsquared’s Programme Manager, Serena manages the Programme & Events Team and works across multiple teams and projects to design and deliver support programmes, pitching competitions, upskilling courses and workshops for students, founders and innovators. She sits on judging panels, mentors entrepreneurs on business model design and testing, and works with clients and key stakeholders to deliver programmes that create real impact.
Before joining SETsquared in 2013, Serena worked for a consultancy firm that specialised in management, marketing and internationalisation, and she was one of the founding members of a commercial start-up in Italy.
