With a proven solution for global enterprise clients, we are now opening up the UK Public Sector working with Peterborough City Council (who have nominated us as CIPD HR vendor of the year). The UK Government has a target to channel 25% of G-Cloud spend through SMEs from 2015. Our solutions are a quantum step forward from the established players in this market and significantly reduce the administrative burden (and headcount) in HR & Payroll, as well as increasing efficiency and productivity across the organization.

We are currently building an HMRC accredited UK Payroll solution to further extend the scope of our solution and open up new markets within the UK. Established in 2010 we are taking on the established players and winning business. XCD HR is a proven solution with a credible client base, an expanding team, cashflow positive and self-funded; we are now seeking investment to accelerate growth.
