Future Finance is excited to announce the launch of its Innovation Leadership Programme, a premier eight-day course, delivered over eight months and tailored for current and aspiring leaders in the financial services industry.

The immersive programme is designed to equip high-potential individuals with the skills and insights needed to identify suitable innovations and technologies. Participants will learn how to not only optimise their business processes but also expand their services to wider and often unrepresented audiences.

The programme is a response to slowing productivity across the sector over the past decade, combined with the rapid transformation of financial services due to regulatory shifts and technological advancements. Despite this significant disruption, the programme is focused on ensuring that innovations are implemented only where they are most needed. Business changes are often costly and resource-heavy, so empowering participants to drive successful change in the right areas is integral to the training.

Participants of the programme will have the chance to engage in four intensive two-day workshops, taking place in Bristol and Glasgow from October to May. Each session will provide cutting-edge tools and techniques aimed at boosting productivity and fostering sustainable growth. The programme is led by experts from top universities and industry organisations, ensuring a premium learning experience.

Additionally, participants will benefit from comprehensive travel and accommodation arrangements. Scholarships are also available for eligible candidates.

There are twenty Future Finance scholarships available to cover full costs. To be eligible, participants must be registered financial service members of the Future Finance Accelerator.
