WORLD LEADING BUSINESS SUPPORT
Inspire the talent of the future
Enhance your business with new knowledge
Complete ‘backburner’ projects
Do you have a business project you’ve been waiting to complete, but need extra skills and resources?
The Intrapreneurial Knowledge Exchange Enterprise Pathway (IKEEP) is a free programme, connecting your business with a team of three university students to complete a short project of your choice.
It could be anything from a piece of market or competitor research, some analysis of your business model through to the design and implementation of a digital marketing campaign – to give some examples.
Student teams are intrapreneurially trained before undertaking your project and are a mix of undergraduates and postgraduates from different disciplines from the SETsquared partner universities of Bath and Surrey. Most importantly they will bring fresh skills and new perspectives to help your business.
Each project can last up to four weeks and students will join you remotely on a part-time or flexible basis.
If you are a student wanting to take part, please visit our student IKEEP programme page
We welcome applications from across all business sectors and from businesses across the UK.
You must have sufficient resources to direct and support the team of three students remotely throughout the course of the project.
Find out more about the programme in our IKEEP FAQs for businesses.
To benefit from this programme, please click on your nearest university below.
Once you have contacted your chosen university, you will be asked to fill out a project form. All projects will go through a selection process before being offered to student teams.
Buttercup Learning creates engaging Augmented Reality content to educate children on the importance of nature and sustainability within their everyday lives.
Its Founder, Rachel Mills, explains how the IKEEP Programme allowed her to elevate Buttercup Learning’s business practice with the help of three University of Bath students.
“Our IKEEP project included 3 students from Bristol from very diverse academic backgrounds. Being in a team, IKEEP interns worked collaboratively and independently. I was very happy with the outcome as the students did a marvellous job and created a very useful Go-To-Market Strategy for Barbal.”
Dr Tom Bartley, Co-Founder and CEO of Barbal
“The market analysis produced by the students was informative. Though intrapreneurship teams are encouraged to take their own initiatives, sometimes they need more guidance depending on the experience and personalities of the team. An organisation should understand what the team needs and figure out how they can help.”
Sarah Whelan, Human Resources Director at Airway Medical
