About the Workout

Fast paced and dynamic, this fully-funded online programme is designed for founders of start-up businesses in the Swindon & Wiltshire area.

Built on Strategyzer’s Business Model Canvas, you’ll deep dive into your business model, value proposition, customer segmentation, channels for winning customers and revenue model, helping you to build a strong foundation for a profitable and successful business. It’s designed to be very practical and hands on and you’ll be putting theory into practice on your own business as well as other established business models.

The programme culminates in the opportunity to pitch your business model to a panel of experts and also speed mentoring which will give you lots of valuable feedback on your business.

Who should apply?

We welcome applications from founders of early stage start-ups. You must have a registered company and be located in Swindon or Wiltshire.
