Created ‘FAIRPAY’, a wearable for the construction industry that uses machine learning to measure cost and schedule performance from the movement of workers. Allowing workers to demonstrate their value and earn a bonus or share in the project and for management, whilst providing insights into cost performance, schedules and HSE information to management.

- Successfully raised over £1million investment from the construction industry alone
- Identified new opportunities to make a wholesale reduction in labour costs of approximately 8% whilst raising the workforce salary by 5%
- Assembled a very capable team who have created a first-of-a-kind technology for this trade.
